Design Brief: This contemporary 4200sft 4BHK villa is designed with extensive range of materials creating a different identity for each space yet seamlessly letting the spaces blend into common areas. The large rooms gave way to create spaces for different needs that acts as media room, study area, library and a bedroom when needed. The window seating with storage acts as buffer between the spaces. The spaces are efficiently utilised to make room for future needs.
