Raja’s Residence

Design Brief: This 3100sft four bedroom villa is designed on a unusual plot area. The plot shape gave way for this zigzag profile of the building. Space planning was the key aspect for design. The negative pockets created were treated with hard and soft landscape. The large openings allow fresh air and natural light into the building.
