Design Brief: An urban residence in Hyderabad.The design brief required the existing 5BHK to be converted into more spacious and modern 4BHK. This 3700sft villa is designed with sensitivity and a sense of drama to integrate client’s personal taste of style. Equipped with modern amenities, the renovated interiors ensure privacy and space for each member.

The ground floor is designed as a meet and greet space, while the upper floors are for private use. We have provided separate walk in closets with dressing table for the client and his mistress, a study area and a display storage unit in the first floor room. It’s always more than just a room. The second floor room has with a home theater, mini bar, walk in closet and reading space with a view.

Apart from these the mono stringer staircase with wooden steps and stainless steel rails adds a high tech look to the overall space.
